Commencing in the year 2008 the ‘alternate’ DDGM will be nominated not from the same Lodge as the DDGM but the next Lodge in line. Reason for this is that the ‘alternate’ will be a DDGM in training and expected to assume that position. For example, if it is Buckingham’s turn to nominate the DDGM then it will be Scottsville who nominates the Alternate. The next year when it is Scottsville’s turn to nominate the DDGM it will be the Alternate from the previous year and Stonewall would then be responsible for nomination of the Alternate.
